Rodrigo Vianna is an accomplished legal and tax professional with extensive experience in compliance, taxation, and corporate law. Currently serving as a Compensation Committee Member and Manager at PRIO since September 2020, Rodrigo leads the AML/FT and Sanctions Compliance department and manages Petrorio Luxembourg, while also engaging with government bodies. Previously, Rodrigo held roles at Campos Mello Advogados as a Senior Associate, focusing on Brazilian tax law and cross-border transactions, and at Trench Rossi Watanabe and Deloitte, where expertise in indirect and customs taxes was developed. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Tax from King's College London, as well as post-graduate degrees in Tax and Corporate Law from Instituto Brasileiro de Estudos Tributários and FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, respectively. A Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) was obtained from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.
