Joseph White

Joseph White has a diverse work experience in the software industry. Joseph started their career at CallCopy Inc. as a Technical Support Engineer, providing technical support for WFO software in complex customer environments. Joseph quickly excelled in this role and set a record for ticket resolution within one month.

After working at CallCopy Inc., Joseph joined Uptivity as a Software Engineer. Here, they acted as the highest level of technical knowledge for the enterprise WFO platform and managed scriptable logic for over 700 customers. Joseph was also responsible for repairing software defects.

Following their time at Uptivity, Joseph joined inContact as a Software Engineer II. Joseph first worked with the Enterprise Architecture Team, where they co-designed and implemented highly scalable software architectures for cloud environments. Joseph also produced libraries to facilitate the inclusion of product components into scalable architecture and re-factored core services to utilize scalable architectures.

Later at inContact, Joseph became the Sustainability Team Lead. In this role, they trained new Software Engineer I's on WFO, WFM, and Desktop Analytics code bases. Joseph also led the development of internal tools to support the support and implementation departments. Additionally, they developed a customizable service that facilitated migration from competing WFO solutions without any interruption in service.

Currently, Joseph is employed at Rhyme as the Lead Software Architect. Joseph has been in this role since September 2020.

Joseph White attended The Ohio State University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a degree in Computer Information Science.
