Shannon A. Millard has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. They started their career in 1986 at The Bank of California, NA as a Real Estate Services Manager and Vice President, where they were responsible for management information systems, market research, compliance/CRA, and the Engineering Department for the Real Estate Industries Group. They also managed the retail lending unit and served as a Regional Credit Administrator for construction lending and wholesale warehouse lines.

In 1994, Shannon joined First Federal Bank of California as the Chief Credit Officer and Executive Vice President. They later took on the role of President of Real Estate Lending and eventually President of Retail Banking. These positions involved overseeing sales teams, loan operations, and credit underwriting units for both residential and commercial real estate lending.

In 2010, Shannon moved to Bank of Manhattan as the Executive Vice President and Chief Credit Officer. They served in this role until 2012.

Starting in 2011, Shannon became a Board of Director, Treasurer/Finance Chair at Project Angel Food, a nonprofit organization focused on providing meals to individuals affected by serious illness. They held this role until 2015.

In 2012, Shannon founded Roxbury Solutions, a Financial Services Consulting firm. As the CEO/Founder, they provided strategic consulting services to real estate investors, banking and mortgage bankers. This included business plan and sales strategy development, advising businesses on risk management, drafting policies/procedures, compliance/audit, asset management, and structuring commercial transactions. They also offered finance and accounting services.

In 2013, Shannon joined Priority Financial Network as the Executive Vice President of Operations. They oversaw mortgage solutions provided to realtors, developers, and individuals, as well as community banks and credit unions.

Throughout their career, Shannon A. Millard has demonstrated expertise in various aspects of finance, real estate, compliance, and risk management.

Shannon A. Millard attained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance, General from California State University, Hayward. Subsequently, Shannon pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations at USC Marshall School of Business from 2001 to 2003.
