Gary Rohs has extensive work experience in IT and business analysis. Gary started their career as a LAN Manager at Hackley Hospital, where they implemented the hospital-wide Local Area Network and provided consulting services for physician offices. Gary then worked at Sappi Fine Paper as a Technical Manager, managing a team of help desk analysts and overseeing network operations. At Kellogg Company, they served as a Manager in Enterprise Architecture Emerging Technologies and Enterprise Systems. Gary later joined Shorr Packaging as an IT Director, where they directed IT functions and led web development and ERP application development projects. As the Director of Technology at Group Publishing, they provided leadership and managed technology practices, budgets, and vendor contracts. Gary then worked at Meijer as a Senior Business Analyst, managing IT relations and advocating for business needs. Gary also served as a Scrum Master at Priority Advantage, where they organized Scrum-related meetings and coordinated testing processes. Most recently, they held the position of Lead Business Analyst at Priority Health. In their previous role at BravoLT, they collaborated with teams to develop integration efforts for SAP S4 cloud-based systems and served as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, Business Analyst, and QA testing assistant. Overall, they have a strong background in IT management, business analysis, and project coordination.
Gary Rohs attended Western Michigan University - Haworth College of Business from 1978 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business. Gary has additional certifications including Certified SAFe® 5 DevOps Practitioner, SAFe 5 DevOps Practitioner (SDP), Scrum Product Owner Certified (SPOC), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Scrum Master Certified (SMC), SAFe Agile Certified, and Leadership Development Program. These certifications were obtained from institutions such as Scaled Agile, Inc., Scrum Alliance, and the Center for Creative Leadership, with various obtained months and years ranging from 2009 to 2021.
