Kim Wald

Kim Wald is an experienced project management professional with a diverse background in overseeing projects from concept to completion. Currently serving as a Project Management Specialist at Priority, Inc. since 2022, Kim coordinates project execution while analyzing risks and resolutions. Previously, Kim held a similar role at Image One Industries, managing projects from construction to opening day. Kim also served as Sr. Director of Project Management at SignResource, overseeing a significant portfolio of 26 brands with a total value of $112 million. Earlier in the career, Kim worked as a Senior Legal Department/Compliance Manager at Vanderbilt Mortgage and Finance, Inc., leading a team and managing various departments related to litigation and compliance. Kim holds a Tennessee Real Estate License from the Tennessee Real Estate School.
