Geoff Duke brings 25 years’ experience to the IT and health care arena as an executive working in medium to large health-care related systems, with expertise in leading and setting strategy, managing technology growth, technology divesture and integration, and implementing best practice operating models.
As Vice President for Information Technology, Duke focuses on designing, deploying and operating technology that enables and enhances Priority Ambulance’s operations nationwide.
Most recently, Duke served as Regional Vice President, Information Technology at Intermountain Health, where he led the technical integration of a newly acquired Value Based Care division. Prior to that Duke was VP of IT and interim CIO at Banner Health, one of the nation’s largest not-for-profit healthcare systems, where he led the consolidation of clinical applications. Duke has also been part of the formative leadership team for an early-stage health and life sciences start-up, as well as leading a technology managed services and consulting organization.
Duke has served on numerous technology advisory boards as well as a board member for both the Arizona and Nevada statewide health information exchanges. He also participates in multiple healthcare industry organizations including the College of Health Information Management Executives (CHIME) and Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS)
Having a passion to design solutions to complex problems, Duke earned a bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering from California State University followed by a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Arizona State University. Duke and his wife enjoy, biking, hiking, and general aviation.
