The team also has experience in executive assistant positions, administration, and vice president roles in manufacturing and operations. Additionally, the team has experience in quality engineering and marketing. The team's education histories include degrees and certification in plastics engineering, engineering technology/quality assurance, business administration, and operations management from Ferris State University, Southern College of Technology, Purdue University Krannert School of Management, Indiana University - Kelley School of Business, and Pennsylvania State University-Erie Campus.
