Associate Project Engineer at Priority Power

Jaqueline Obreque Bucarey has work experience in multiple roles at different companies. In 2022, they worked as an Associate Project Engineer at Priority Power, where they assisted professional engineers in electrical distribution system studies and provided fault analysis reports. In 2021, they served as a Summer Engineer Intern at Priority Power Management, LLC, gaining exposure to professional experience in power distribution and working on fault current and power flow calculations. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2021, they were involved in the Undergraduate Research in Engineering (SURE) Program at The University of Texas Permian Basin, where they implemented a Maximum Power Point Tracking technique and gained hands-on experience with buck converters. Jaqueline also worked as a Student Worker, performing administrative and office duties and assisting students with study room management.

Jaqueline Obreque Bucarey pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from The University of Texas Permian Basin. Jaqueline enrolled in the program in 2018 and successfully completed it in 2022. During their academic journey, they acquired a specialization in Electric Power Systems through a certification course offered by Coursera in November 2020.
