Adaia Rom

Adaia Rom is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, marketing, and project management. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager at Priority Software since May 2021, Adaia previously held the position of Marketing and Sales Back Office Manager at Complete Business Solutions from 2016 to 2020, where significant contributions included developing customer retention strategies and managing customer expectations. Additional experience includes a practicum at GONOGO Business Plans focusing on business plans and strategic consulting, as well as roles at the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the Ministry of Justice, and the Ministry of Health in various project management and research capacities. Adaia holds an M.B.A. specializing in strategy and entrepreneurship from Ono Academic College and a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Health Sciences from Hadassah Academic College. Further education includes executive training at Reichman University and a diploma from the Israeli Center for Political Training.
