Oranit Gahari

Oranit Gahari is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in human resources and customer relations. Currently serving as an HRBP at Silverbyte Ltd. since September 2022, Oranit previously held the role of Human Resources Specialist at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, where responsibilities included employee welfare and conflict resolution. As an HR Manager at Ramada by Wyndham from October 2017 to September 2020, Oranit established HR infrastructure and managed recruitment processes for a workforce of 200-300 employees. Prior experience at Fattal Hotels involved customer relations, enhancing the organization’s reputation through effective management of inquiries and complaints. Oranit holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, complemented by a technological recruitment course in 2021.
