Clayton Main

Clayton Main joined the Priority Board of Directors in 2025. He is a financial executive with more than 20 years of experience in investment management, structured finance, and capital markets. As a partner and investment committee member at Bregal Sagemount, he helped to oversee $7.5 billion in capital, specializing in senior debt, junior debt, and structured equity investments across the software, financial technology, and business services sectors. Clayton began his career at Goldman Sachs, where he was a founding member of the firm’s Specialty Lending Group. He holds a bachelor of business administration degree from Southern Methodist University.
