Andrea Krafft

Andrea Krafft is an experienced instructional designer with a diverse background in education and training. Currently employed at Priority as an Instructional Designer since September 2023, Andrea develops eLearning content focused on enterprise-level products and designs microlearning resources using tools such as Canva, Vyond, and Adobe Captivate. Prior to this role, Andrea served as an IT Instructional Designer and Trainer at Tokio Marine HCC, where a technology training program was launched, significantly increasing employee attendance. Additional experience includes an Assistant Professor position at Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College, where Andrea instructed on professional writing and analyzed course metrics, and a Marion L. Brittain Postdoctoral Fellowship at the Georgia Institute of Technology, contributing to curriculum design and assessment. Andrea holds a Ph.D. in English Language and Literature from the University of Florida and has a solid teaching background as an English Graduate Instructor at both the University of Florida and the University of South Carolina.
