John Hynes

John Hynes is an entrepreneur and investor with a strong background in real estate and financial technology. As the Co-Founder and General Partner of Passo, Hynes is focused on delivering high-quality, affordable housing in Los Angeles. They also serve as Executive Vice President and Shareholder at Priority and Co-Founder and COO at Boom Commerce, a global financial technology company. Hynes previously held the role of General Counsel at Financial Systems Company and practiced law at Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP. They earned a JD, cum laude, from Southwestern University School of Law and a BS in Political Science from Michigan State University.
