Joey Kern

Joey Kern has extensive experience in the banking industry, with a focus on enterprise risk management. They currently hold the position of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) at PriorityOne Bank, starting in August 2021. Prior to this role, Joey worked at BankPlus as the Manager of Enterprise Risk Management from January 2019 to August 2021. They also had a long tenure at Trustmark Bank, where they held various roles in enterprise risk management, including Manager of ERM, Vice President, ERM Administrator, Vice President, and Senior ERM Analyst. Joey started their career at Trustmark Bank as a Management Development Associate in the MDA Program.

Joey Kern has a Master's degree in Business Administration from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they obtained between 2006 and 2007. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the same university from 2000 to 2006. In 2015 and 2016, Joey attended both the Mississippi School of Banking and Archer University. At the Mississippi School of Banking, the degree and field of study are unknown. At Archer University, they earned an RSA Archer Admin I Certification.
