Jo Davis has extensive experience in people development, coaching, and training, with a career that spans numerous roles across various organizations. Currently serving as an Associate at Mercer Leadership Development, Cirrus, Kenexa Limited, and Talogy, Jo also leads as Owner/Director of Leading Ideas Ltd. In addition to training roles at Kingston College, Jo has recently acted as a Recruitment Interviewer for Prior's Court Foundation. Previous positions include Coaching and Learning & Development Consultant at Covéa Insurance and Associate Consultant at Penna.
