Georgina Turner has a diverse work experience in the healthcare field. Georgina started their career at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust in 2014 as a Bed Manager, where they facilitated effective bed-flow and coordinated admissions from various units. In 2016, they joined Priory as a Ward Manager, overseeing an NHS overflow ward and maintaining a 'Good' CQC rating. Georgina later served as an Interim Director of Clinical Services and then as a Director of Clinical Services, before taking on the role of Quality Improvement Lead. In 2022, Georgina became the Associate Director of Nursing & Quality for the South Region at Priory.
