Madelene Richardson is a Therapy Lead (Psychology) at Priory since April 2022, with extensive experience as a Chartered Counselling Psychologist. Prior to Priory, Madelene worked at Counselling & Therapy in Kent where Madelene offered individual assessment and psychological therapy. Madelene also served as a Wellbeing Advisor at Kent Police and worked with SINCLAIR-STRONG CONSULTANTS LTD within low secure environments catering to individuals with intellectual disabilities and adult mental health. With a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology, Madelene has a strong background in conducting assessments, delivering group and individual therapy, supervision, staff training, and report writing.
