Nathan Connor

Nathan Connor is an experienced Ward Manager at Priory Group since November 2013, specializing in training healthcare staff to manage violence and aggression. Previously, Nathan served as a Charge Nurse at Elysium Healthcare from August 2016 to August 2022 and was responsible for teaching staff through the TMVA program. Nathan also held the position of Lead TMVA tutor at Krinvest Care Group from April 2019 to December 2020. Early career experience includes working as a healthcare worker with the NHS from February 2009 to September 2010. Nathan holds a Diploma in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from the University of Lancashire, an advanced degree in health and social care from Bury College, and BTEC Level 3 qualifications in teaching and education, as well as in the management of violence and aggression from NFPS.
