Sean Kelley

Sean Kelley is the founder of Nebula Department since March 2024, where expertise includes User Experience (UX) and presentations among other skills. As a co-founder at Prish since April 2025, Sean continues to innovate in the industry. Previously, Sean served as Client Director and Lead Strategist at Chelsea & Rachel Co. from August 2021 to February 2024, overseeing multiple teams and ensuring the success of clients by bridging strategy, creative execution, and technical implementation. Sean's earlier experience includes a role as Marketing Manager at The Ecology Center, where leadership was demonstrated in creating an in-house marketing team and enhancing e-commerce revenues through a subscription model. Sean also worked as a Creative Strategist and Designer at Experia Creative from March 2018 to July 2020. In education, Sean holds an Associate Degree in Graphic Design from San Diego City College and completed studies at The Interaction Design Foundation.
