Luci M. has over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry. Luci began their career in 1996 as Logistics Manager for Herbalife International. In 2004, they moved to Guthy-Renker as Senior Purchasing Agent for the Sheer Cover Brand. Two years later, Luci joined Classic Cosmetics, Inc. as Sales & Marketing Account Manager. In 2009, they were appointed Director of Business Development/Sales & Marketing at New Look Cosmetics, Inc. and was responsible for the growth and expansion of the company. In 2014, they became Principal at LFM Consulting before taking on the role of Executive Director, Sales & Marketing at Prisha Cosmetics, Inc. in 2015. In this role, they were responsible for the expansion and growth of the business and developed business strategies to increase sales and limit company exposure.

Luci M. received a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Assumption College in 1988.
