Glenn Shimkus has a diverse work experience across various industries. Glenn is currently the Co-founder & CEO of Prisidio, a life organizer platform that securely stores and manages important documents. In 2021, they became the Managing Partner at TheAGENCY.

Glenn has also served as a Fund Advisor at OCA Ventures since 2015, focusing on equity investments in technology and highly-scalable services businesses. Glenn has been a Board Member and Investor at Dacra Municipal Enforcement Technology since 2019, contributing to the development of an easy-to-use municipal enforcement system.

As a Mentor & Investor at Techstars since 2016, Glenn provides guidance and support to startups. Glenn also served as the VP of Strategy and Innovation at the National Association of REALTORS® from 2019 to 2021, leading emerging technology initiatives and strategic projects.

Glenn has been involved with Crowdfind as a Board Member, Investor, and Advisor, contributing to the growth of the company. Glenn was an Advisor and Investor at Liveoak Technologies, Inc., which was later acquired by DocuSign. Additionally, they served as a Member of the Advisory Board and Vice President of Product at DocuSign, responsible for product offerings in the global real estate market. Prior to that, Glenn was the Co-founder and CEO of Cartavi, a platform for real estate professionals to manage transactions.

Glenn has also worked at Relativity as an Executive Advisor and SVP of Product Management and Design, where they contributed to the development of software used for data organization and legal investigations.

Glenn Shimkus began their education at Joliet Junior College in 1989, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business. Following their time at Joliet Junior College, they attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1991 to 1993. At the University of Illinois, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in International Economics.
