Kaushik Rathi

Kaushik Rathi serves as President and previously held the role of Executive Vice President at PRISM since October 2005, leading efforts in modernization and innovation in technology, security, and IT enterprise solutions. Prior to this, Kaushik held various leadership positions at PRISM, including Vice President of Recruiting, Branch Manager, and Sr. Recruiter & Account Manager, contributing significantly to the growth and success of the organization. Kaushik's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Recruiting at Infinite Dimensions, Inc., and as a Recruiter & Business Development Manager at Megasoft Consultants, Inc. Kaushik holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from The College of Wooster, where studies were completed from 1996 to 2000.
