Deborah M. Reaves

Debbie has over 25 years of extensive experience in the construction of buildings and subdivision development. She has worked with developers, municipalities, and contractors in all aspects from the initial development of raw land; the design and approval of plans; the construction of all site work; and the building of residential homes and commercial offices. Debbie has extensive experience working with a variety of clients. She has the knowledge and experience necessary to successfully meet the project demands while providing a high level of customer support for each project.

Debbie holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Radford University and a Master’s Degree in Theology/Theological Studies from Saint Leo University. When Debbie is not focusing on work, she dedicates her time to the Greater Hampton Roads Cursillo each year.

Debbie’s vast experience makes her the perfect candidate for the job. Previous experience includes but not limited to; project management, cash flow management, project budgets, strategic planning, business plans, and executing global plans to ensure the longevity of a business in a competitive and challenging environment. Debbie strives to serve her customers and understands that her employees are the very foundation of customer service. Debbie follows every phase of the project, ensuring a seamless transition between project milestones and allowing for efficient resolution of emergent constraints. Debbie has the ability to keep pace with fast-changing technology, maintain a competitive edge, and stay current in the business world. Debbie’s financial management experience assists her to be an effective communicator and manager while delegating tasks appropriately to create a productive and cohesive team environment which can identify and implement improvements that increase accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
