Stephen Gardner

Stephen Gardner has extensive work experience in various roles within the maritime and military sectors. Stephen is currently employed at Prism Maritime LLC as a Project Manager. Prior to this, Stephen served in the US Navy for over two decades, holding positions such as LCPO (lead supervisor) of RADAR division/SPS 49 instructor/Curriculum Manager, Technical Support Manager, Technical Training Instructor, Team Manager/Electronics technician, Lead Technician, and Electrical Technician. Stephen has demonstrated strong leadership skills and technical expertise throughout their career, successfully managing teams, overseeing repair actions, and implementing training programs. Stephen's experience includes teaching advanced technical training courses for the Navy fleet, ensuring the successful graduation of numerous students. Stephen has also been responsible for the maintenance and operation of various navigation, radar, and communication systems. Additionally, Stephen has a background in electrical troubleshooting and repair, having worked on a wide range of electronic devices.

Stephen Gardner obtained an Associate's Degree in General Studies from Columbia College in 2011-2012. Stephen also received a certification in Electronic Key Management System from the US Navy in 2016.
