Prism Organizing Network builds LGBTQ+ power across Minnesota through leadership development, community organizing, and collective action. We are a grassroots, multiracial, intergenerational, and statewide movement working toward liberation, equity, and systems change.

We believe in the power of LGBTQ+ people — especially Black, Indigenous, people of color, trans, and nonbinary individuals — to transform their communities. By centering lived experience, deep relationships, and bold strategy, we organize for justice and joy.

From neighborhood listening sessions to leadership development and statewide campaigns, we’re building a Minnesota where LGBTQ+ people are fully seen, valued, and free.
