Dan Elder

Dan Elder is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the plastics and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the Development Engineering Manager at PRISM Plastics, Inc. since April 2023, Dan previously held the position of Sr Engineer, Molding at BD from November 2020 to April 2023. Prior roles include Molding Process Engineer 2 at CommScope and Mfg and Process Development Engineer II at TE Connectivity, where Dan began as a Rotational Engineer, gaining diverse experience in manufacturing and product launch over a two-year period. Dan holds a degree in Plastics Engineering Technology from Penn State University, completed between 2010 and 2015.
