Aaron Price joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in 2012, upon graduation from University of Kansas. Aaron served in a variety of property management roles providing Aaron with a solid foundation of onsite property management. Currently, Aaron serves as the Director of Principal Construction, LLC, the construction arm of Prism Real Estate Services, LLC as well as Director of Prism Maintenance Group, LLC, the maintenance services extension. As Director of Principal Construction, Aaron is currently managing over $2 million in property improvement projects. Aaron is also a member of the Acquisitions Team, and has aided with many of PRES’ acquisitions, dating back to the infancy of the Company. Aaron excels at keeping a cool head while managing minute-to-minute obstacles that are typical in the various phases of our industry. Aaron graduated from University of Kansas with a BS in Economics and holds a real estate license in the State of Kansas.
