Cleo Nichol

Cleo Nichol is an experienced professional in human resources and event management with a strong background in behavioral health and community service. Currently serving as a Human Resources Generalist and previously as an Executive Assistant & Event Manager at OTW Events, Cleo has successfully managed fundraising initiatives and developed critical operational systems. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Behavioral Technician and Behavioral Health Technician, where ABA therapy techniques were utilized to support autistic clients. Cleo co-founded Me Too Springfield, a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting survivors of sexual assault, and has extensive experience in managing teams, training employees, and coordinating community events. Clem earned a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology with Music from Southwest Baptist University.
