January Barr

January Barr joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in October 2017 as a Property Accountant at their corporate office and was promoted to Accounting Manager in 2020. January holds an MBA in addition to her Bachelor Degrees in both Accounting and Business Administration. She brought over a decade of accounting experience when she joined PRES. At PRES, January is known for her efficiency, organizational skills and practical processes she has implemented. January is the key player in all phases of property accounting, including all phases of the monthly accounting cycle, oversight of accounts payables, cash flow monitoring, and monthly reporting.
