Zach Bassin joined Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in 2014, and was charged with assisting in the growth of both the commercial portfolio as well as the multi-family portfolio. In addition to joining the PRES Acquisitions Team, Zach can be credited with managing capital projects. With the commercial portfolio expansion, Zach was promoted to Director of Commercial Management. Prior to joining Prism Real Estate Services, LLC in 2014, Zach was the Chief Operating Officer and responsible for vendor services, facility acquisitions, negotiation, development and construction for a charter school in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior to this position, Zach performed as a Legal Analyst for two large Kansas City firms as well as working for the Jackson County Prosecutor’s Office. Zach received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law after receiving his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas. Zach has served on boards of directors for a charter school and his previous synagogue.
