Madhura Phansalkar

Madhura Phansalkar is a Senior Data Analytics Developer at PRISM since July 2020, responsible for analyzing public entity Loss Data, creating UML models, and developing data analytics solutions. Prior to this, Madhura served as an IT Manager at Micron Technology from May 2015 to June 2020, where leadership of a global team of over 15 software developers took place, along with establishing team strategies and managing performance. Madhura also held the role of Product Owner/Sr. Business Analyst in software development at Micron, leading programs for software applications and mobile technologies. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Software Engineer at Hewlett-Packard from May 2008 to December 2013, focusing on software design for enterprise multifunction printers, and as a Software Development Engineer at Siemens from 2005 to 2007, where leadership in developing a fingerprint authentication system was key. Madhura holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Boise State University and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
