Mike Backes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the capital equipment and rubber innovation industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President at PRISM™ Worldwide since August 2019, Mike focuses on transforming end-of-life tire rubber into sustainable products for various applications. As CEO and member of Backes & Isom Group, LLC since September 2010, consulting services are provided to optimize financial results for suppliers and users of capital equipment. Previous roles include Senior Vice President at Sentry Financial Corporation, where responsibilities included developing vendor programs, and Vice President at Terex Corporation and Genie Industries, where Mike co-founded Genie Financial Services and managed strategic accounts and programs. Mike's career began as National Sales Manager at US Leasing Corp from 1979 to 1988.

PRISM™ Worldwide is a rubber and asphalt innovation company focusing on sustainable products and practices to improve industry standards through science and technology.
