Caitlin Gaffin

Caitlin Gaffin is a Publisher at Prism, where Caitlin oversees operations, finance, and organizational development for an award-winning, independent, and nonprofit newsroom. Caitlin also serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Holler Health Justice, co-founding and co-directing a racial and reproductive justice nonprofit. Additionally, Caitlin is a Founding Partner at Kaleidoscope Consulting, a consulting firm aimed at helping businesses and nonprofits build power and be effective leaders. Caitlin holds a Graduate Certificate in Nonprofit Management from The Johns Hopkins University, an MA in Education Policy from the University of Maryland, and a BA in Human Rights from Columbia University.
