Natalia Kartashova

Natalia Kartashova has a varied work experience in product management and design. In 2022, they began working as a Product Manager at Prisma Labs, Inc., where they were responsible for the video editor in the 3-in-1 Lensa app. Her duties included market research and analysis, building roadmaps and PRDs, and communications with UX researchers, analytics, designers, and developers. From 2018 to 2019, Natalia was the Founder of YouCan, a mindfulness app for building good habits in mental health care. During this time, the app won the award "Best App of 2019" from Google Play and ranked as "Best Self-Development Apps". In 2019, Natalia joined \u0421\u0438\u0442\u0438\u043c\u043e\u0431\u0438\u043b | Citymobil as a Product Manager Products and Senior Product Designer. Her responsibilities included loyalty program and marketing activities, flights in Rider App, finding growth points in existing product, generating hypotheses, and quickly testing them with A/B tests. From 2017 to 2018, Natalia worked at Transiter as a Senior Product Designer and Junior Product Manager, where they launched the project from scratch to working MVP. Lastly, from 2016 to 2017, Natalia worked at AIC as a Lead Product Designer, developing website concepts and complex web apps for clients such as Sberbank, Azbuka Vkusa Express Menu Ticketland, VTB, Sechenov Clinic, ntv+, AIZhK, Raiffeisen, Eastern Bank, Postbank, and gov. ru.

Natalia Kartashova is currently enrolled in the Startup Leadership Programm, beginning in 2022.
