Clara Hori has been working in the business sector since 1995. Clara began their career at Microsoft Brasil as a Partner Group Manager. In 2000, they moved to Microsoft Latam, where they held three roles over six years: Latam Partner Lead for the Small, Medium Solutions and Partners (SMS&P) group, Latam Group Manager for Enterprise Partners (EPG), and Latam Medium Enterprise Strategy Regional Manager. In 2005, they became Self Employed as a Yoga and Meditation Instructor, and also started working as a Business Consultant for Metodiko Business Consulting. In 2011, they co-founded PurOrganico Uruguay, and in 2012, they co-founded Espacio Marma. In 2019, they became the Head of Growth at Prisma Campaigns, where they are responsible for holding a holistic view of the customer acquisition process.

Clara Hori received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas in 1996, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Clara also attended Colegio Equipe São Paulo.
