Karen Rausch

Karen Rausch's work experience includes serving as the Vice President of Organizational Development at Prisma Graphic since August 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at the Phoenix Suns, starting as the Director of Human Resources in July 1993 and eventually becoming the Senior Vice President of People Experience until July 2021. Before joining the Phoenix Suns, they worked as a Supervisor of Human Resources at America West Airlines from January 1987 to November 1992.

Karen Rausch graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Communication, General. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications. Karen became a Trainer at Fierce Conversations in July 2017, a Leadership Architect at Korn Ferry in April 2016, and a Certified Partner at The Predictive Index in May 2013. It is not specified when they obtained their PHR certification from SHRM.
