Prior to Prisma Health, Sid held maintenance management positions at Minghua USA, Inc. and Bodycote, focusing on operational efficiency and team leadership. Sid began a career in maintenance and supervision at Ascend Performance Materials, developing foundational skills in industrial electronics and maintenance coordination. Education includes an ongoing MBA from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor's in Organizational Leadership from Anderson University, and multiple technical certificates from Piedmont Technical College.
