Tina Ralyea

Tina Ralyea, DNP, MS-NP, MBA, NE-BC, CNL, OCN, CCRN, serves as nurse executive for Prisma Health Baptist Hospital. She has more than 40 years of nursing and leadership experience, most recently serving as an assistant vice president for patient care services at Atrium Health in Charlotte, North Carolina. She spent nearly 25 years in Buffalo, New York, with Kaleida Health Care System, beginning as a nurse aide and serving in numerous nursing leadership roles. A well-published researcher, Ralyea has received several awards during her career, including the American Nurses Credentialing Center/Commission on Nurse Certification Clinical Nurse Leader Educator of the Year Award in 2018.
