Currently serving as the Administrator for Oconee Memorial Hospital and Baptist Easley Hospital at Prisma Health since July 2019, William oversees clinical and operational programs in institutions generating over $300 million in net revenue. Prior roles include Executive Director for System Integration & Optimization, Chief Administrative Officer Liaison & Strategic Projects Manager at Greenville Health System, and multiple leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, where responsibilities ranged from operations officer to training officer. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Citadel and a Master of Science in Systems Engineering Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School.
