Kelly Cruz

Kelly Cruz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and management roles. Since March 2014, Kelly has served in various leadership capacities at PrismHR, including Customer Support Director, T2 Support Manager, and Tier 2 Practice Lead. Prior to this, Kelly was employed at Strategic Outsourcing, Inc. from August 2002 to March 2014, holding the position of Client Conversion Payroll Supervisor. Educational background includes completion of studies at Rock Hill High School from 1993 to 1997, followed by further education at York Technical College.
