Lauren Delisle

Lauren DeLisle is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in product management, application support, and human resources within the software and automation industries. Currently serving as a Product Management Analyst and previously as a QA Engineer at PrismHR since October 2020, Lauren has effectively collaborated in agile environments while contributing to continuous product improvement and team dynamics. Prior roles include Senior Application Support Analyst and System Operations Manager at Quality Business Solutions, Inc., where Lauren demonstrated subject matter expertise and managed support teams during rapid growth. Lauren’s career began as an office manager and property manager, transitioning to benefits administration and HRIS roles across various companies. Lauren holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of Charleston and is pursuing a Master of Science in Information Systems Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University.
