Kah Jo Fong

Kah Jo Fong is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in operations, digital transformation, and consulting. Currently serving as the COO at PRISM+ since April 2024, Kah Jo Fong previously held multiple roles at Shopee, including head of FP&A, risk management, and EM operations, from February 2022 to June 2023. Prior experience includes a consulting position at The Boston Consulting Group from November 2017 to February 2022, and leadership roles in operations at Collectco and other organizations. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from the University of Cambridge and A-level qualifications from HELP University.
