Douglas Pond has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Douglas is currently working as the Director of Volunteer Partnerships at the Prison Entrepreneurship Program, where they lead innovative initiatives connecting business executives and MBA students with convicted felons. Prior to this, Douglas served as the Managing Partner at Baker Street Capital and Co-Founder & Senior Agricultural Value Chain Advisor at AVC Global, focusing on agricultural development and market transformation. Douglas also worked at Opportunity International, where they held the position of Executive Relationship Manager and later became the Executive Director and Chief Commercial Officer. Additionally, Douglas has held roles at Mambu, Sumpraxis, and ABN AMRO Bank, where they contributed to market growth and strategic partnerships. Their experiences include fundraising, team management, strategy development, and operational expansion.

Douglas Pond obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics/Finance from Southern Methodist University. Additionally, they earned an MBA in International Business from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management.
