Peter Harlock

Peter Harlock is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including non-profit and financial services. Currently serving as Chair of the national board of Prison Fellowship since June 2022, Peter oversees initiatives that support prisoners through volunteer efforts and specialized programs. Previously, Peter held multiple senior strategic positions at Vision Fund International from 2011 to 2020, contributing to global microfinance operations. Peter's prior experience includes serving as Chief Executive at ComRes, CEO roles at London Apprenticeship Company and Pathway Care, and Chief Operating Officer at Save the Children (UK) and Commonwealth Development Corporation. Earlier in the career, Peter managed Barclays operations in India and Singapore, showcasing strong expertise in banking and international finance, backed by a BSc Hons in Banking & International Finance from City University/Bayes Business School.
