The Content and Editorial Team at the Prison Journalism Project is responsible for curating, editing, and publishing high-quality journalistic content produced by incarcerated writers and those impacted by incarceration. The team ensures the narratives are compelling, accurate, and adhere to journalistic standards while fostering engagement with a broad audience to elevate the voices of those often overlooked in discussions about justice and imprisonment. This includes editing submissions, managing writer relationships, guiding storytelling, and transcribing interviews and written pieces to craft well-rounded and impactful stories.
