Gina Dockins

Gina Dockins has an extensive background in retail management, starting in 1998 as a Store Manager at AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS INC. Gina progressed to Senior Assistant Manager roles at BANANA REPUBLIC and Ann Taylor before becoming a Store Manager at J. Jill in 2003. Gina then joined Talbots in 2010, where they worked their way up from Store Manager to Training Store Manager. In 2022, they transitioned to Pritchard Industries as the Director of Quality Assurance. Throughout their career, Gina has demonstrated leadership in team management, customer service, and operational excellence.

Gina Dockins received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Texas A&M University in 1996. In 2022, they obtained a certification in Managing New Managers from LinkedIn.
