Dale W. Tremblay

Dale W. Tremblay is the Executive Chairman of C.H. Guenther & Son (CHG), having assumed the role in April 2021 following a 20-year career as the company’s Chief Executive Officer. Prior to joining CHG in early 1998, Mr. Tremblay spent 13 years with The Quaker Oats Co., where he most recently served as President of Quaker’s Worldwide Foodservice businesses. Before joining Quaker, Mr. Tremblay held various positions with Sara Lee Corp. and R.R. Donnelley and Sons Inc.

Dale currently serves on the Board of Directors of CHG, Texas Capital Bank (HR Committee Chair), Monogram Foods, Nature Sweet Tomatoes Ltd., Haven for Hope, and Opera San Antonio. He previously served on the boards of Clear Channel Outdoor Inc. (Audit Committee member and Chairman of the Compensation Committee), Keystone School, Texas Can! Academy (San Antonio) and the San Antonio Symphony (Chairman of the Board). Mr. Tremblay also previously served on the Michigan State University School of Finance Advisory Board and Community Advisory Committee for the Dallas Federal Reserve Board.

Mr. Tremblay earned a Bachelor of Arts in Financial Management from Michigan State University.
