Shirish Sathaye

Shirish Sathaye is a General Partner at Cervin since August 2018 and at Formation 8 since November 2014. Sathaye holds multiple board positions, including Board Member at Privacera and Airgap Networks Inc. since October 2019, Board Observer at Celona since March 2019, and Board Member at Cazena since February 2015. Additionally, Sathaye serves as a Board Member for Aviatrix System since September 2014 and Cape Analytics, Inc. since May 2016, along with being a former Board Director at Nyansa, Inc. until February 2020 and a Member of the Board of Directors at Kumu Networks from December 2012 to July 2014. Sathaye earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (1990-1993), an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from Virginia Tech (1984-1986), and a B.Tech in Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi (1979-1984).
