Sudhir Gokhale

Sudhir Gokhale has a diverse work experience spanning several roles in various companies.

Sudhir is currently a Senior Product Manager at Privacera, an innovative product startup focused on data governance. In this role, Sudhir is responsible for ensuring that enterprises can effectively share data across business units while maintaining data classification, access policies, and encryption.

Prior to their current role, Sudhir worked at Tech Mahindra for many years. Sudhir served as an Engineering Delivery Head for a large IT transformation project for a 5G Telco, where they successfully managed internal teams, partner and customer CIO level stakeholders. Sudhir also held the position of Co-Innovation Lead - Digital Technologies, where they focused on embedding innovation into ongoing project deliveries and selecting target customer accounts for co-innovation. Additionally, Sudhir was an Associate Director Network Presales, leading telecom network solutions presales and contributing to significant business wins.

Before joining Tech Mahindra, Sudhir took a one-year sabbatical to pursue an on-campus program at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. During this time, they gained a strong understanding of various business subjects, with a particular interest in Organization Behavior.

Earlier in their career, Sudhir held technical roles at Tech Mahindra and TCS, where they worked on architecture, development, and software engineering. Sudhir played a key role in developing an advanced intelligent router and worked on a complex middleware product.

Sudhir Gokhale has a strong educational background with degrees in various fields. Sudhir completed their Fellowship in Leadership and Management at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business in 2015. In 2012, they received a Chevening Rolls Royce Scholarship to pursue studies in Innovation at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Prior to that, they obtained a PGPX degree in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad in 2009. In 2004, Gokhale earned a Master of Science degree in Computer Software Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. Sudhir completed their Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree from Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology in 1997. Gokhale began their academic journey by graduating with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Samrat Ashok Technological Institute in 1995.
