Akshay Savaliya

Akshay Savaliya is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in application support and technical troubleshooting across various platforms. Currently serving as a Senior Application Support Analyst at Privacy Analytics since August 2022, Akshay specializes in web server troubleshooting and infrastructure deployment on both Linux and Windows operating systems, including cloud environments such as Azure and AWS. Prior experience includes roles at Fortinet as a TAC Engineer, where Akshay implemented technical solutions for cloud infrastructures, and at Sophos, where troubleshooting Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking issues was a primary responsibility. Akshay has also contributed to IT operations at DAC Medical Vision, demonstrated customer service skills at Millennium 1 Solutions, and provided mentorship as a Peer Tutor at Algonquin College. Akshay holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology from Marwadi University and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Gujarat Technological University.
